PERSEUS IT ASTEC extends commitment in the 6th Framework Programme

ASTEC Sp. z o.o. joined as a research and development company a consortium that has presented the project PERSEUS-IT to be examined by European Commission. The aim of this project is to create a platform for human resources management in medium European ICT companies (Information and Communications Technology). PERSEUS-IT will be coordinated by the German trade union IG Metall.

Cooperation with imcopex

ASTEC Sp. z o.o. entered into cooperation with the company imcopex Leipzig GmbH and became a member of the imcopex Network. Within the scope of this partnership we are planning to design, develop and to implement customer-oriented solutions in complex document management systems.

New version of our dictionaries

Since we have always wanted to meet your expectations, we have released a new version of our dictionaries containing some interesting features. You can integrate them using new integration form as well as check dictionary statistics by clicking on the counter. We have also prepared an instruction about DICT and DEP translation configuration with Mozilla and Firefox browsers. Just take a look yourself!

ASTEC joins the Smallworld User Group

ASTEC became a member of the Smallworld User Group, an organisation of GE Smallworld users. The membership in SWUG proves appreciation of our experience and competences in providing qualified GIS solutions based on GE Smallworld GIS technology. Our primary objective will be to tighten cooperation with other GE Smallworld GIS users, exchange mutual experiences as well as develop and popularise GE Smallworld.

ASTEC has signed an agreement with the European Commission about the realization of the integrated project Adaptive Services Grid (ASG), which is a 6th Framework Programme project (download the flyer). The goal of ASG is to develop a proof-of-concept prototype of an open development platform for adaptive services discovery, creation, composition and enactment, using the latest trends and Internet technologies such as Semantic Web, Web Services, Ontologies, Meta Object Facility et al.
