GDO at Smallworld™ EMEAI 2009 conference

During Smallworld™ EMEAI 2009 conference in utility session we will present the implementation of GDO in polish gas distributor G.EN. Gaz Energia.  This project is realized in cooperation with GEOMAGIC GmbH.

Representatives of the companies involved in project will present on 6th March at 9:40 am presentation entitled ‘Implementation of Gas Distribution Office – Challenges and Benefits’. You can find more information about presentation at our website dedicated to GDO .

From 4th March  to 6th March 2009 in Sorrento, Italy ASTEC representatives will took part in Smallworld™ EMEAI 2009 conference. During presentation and workshops all conference attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the latest software development and innovations.

During the conference ASTEC representatives will run a presentation on 5th March (Thursday) entitled 'Smallworld™ applications development - unlocking the potential and maximizing the benefits by means of MDT' at 4:50 pm and a workshop entitled ‘MDT Professional Edition – Magik Wand in Your Hands’ on 6th March (Friday) at 2:00 pm.

ASTEC Sp. z o.o. participated in the fourth edition of  the research programme concerning the innovativeness of Polish economy. In this year's edition of the Most Innovative Polish Companies ASTEC Sp. z o.o. was ranked on 21th place in small businesses category.

Ranking was organized by Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan, BRE Bank, D&B (The Dun&Bradstreet Co), Rzeczpospolita and Manager Magazin. Companies which took part in this programme are one of the most innovative companies in Poland with strong innovation research and develop policy as well as innovative potential.

MDT product is a laureate in Innovation of 2008 competition. Innovation of the year is a programme, which promotes innovative products and services. The competition takes place under the auspices of Ministry of Regional Development, Innovation Centre Foundation FIRE and Information Processing OPI.

ASTEC at Smallworld™ Americas Users Conference 2008

From 28th September to 2nd October in Hollywood, Florida/USA took place Smallworld™ Americas Users Conference 2008. At this conference ASTEC presented the services in Smallworld™ technology and the newest Version of MDT Professional Edition 1.0.0 M3 with integrated debugger (this version will be soon published). Many thanks to conference participants for visiting our booth and for interest in our offer. We also would like to thank you for many valuable hints and remarks, all of them will be taken into consideration at the works on next MDT versions.
