ISO 9001:2000 Certificate

ASTEC received the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate from DEKRA, one of the leading certificating institutions in Europe. The certificate covers the main IT areas of the company:

  • software design and development,
  • IT systems implementation and maintenance,
  • IT consultancy.

The Quality Management System implemented in ASTEC consists of four main processes, two management processes and seven supportive processes. The main processes cover the most important fields of our business activity and are the basic part of the Quality Management System. The procedures defined within the system guarantee that the process of services realization and products development are carried in the reliable and efficient way. One of the most significant elements of the system is the quality control process which assures that our services and products are of the highest quality and on the professional level. The Quality Management System constitutes the additional guarantee for our customers that the offered services will be on-time, on-budget, on-quality. Our products and services comply with the highest quality standards. In order to satisfy our clients, we make every effort to improve the quality management system by adjustment to the current needs and simultaneous qualifications enhancement.
